Updated: May 15th, 2013By commissioning me, you as a commissioner are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions as the artist. You are acknowledging this information, as written below, regardless as to whether or not you have read the content of this document.
The information provided within this document is liable to change at any time. DISCLAIMERDo not commission me if you are looking for speed and immediate results. I am not a speedy artist, and while I have the potential to finish commissions in two to three hours, please consider that this is a very exhausting task that requires absolute concentration that I can not always be afforded at my present location. If I am prevented from completing a commission when having agreed to a set schedule, I will reduce the price or refund at least half.
If I find that the commissioner is harassing me, proving to be difficult, upset, or unreliable, I reserve the right to refuse, drop, or refund any commission.
UPDATES
I will provide one to two updates per commission to allow any changes, edits, or guidance as may be necessary, anything beyond that is a privilege that I may and can refuse should I see fit. On that note, please do not contact me in-game (on any game) to discuss business. Keep is strictly to DeviantArt or my email; EMAIL ME.
PAYMENT/PAYMENT PLAN/PRICES

Payment is required upfront after the initial commission is sent, discussed, and approved with confirmation. If you do not have the discussed payment you are welcome to reserve a slot. Your reservation will last a total of two weeks before your spot will be dropped and removed. During your reservation time your commission will not be worked on or considered until payment has been delivered. My paypal email (separate from my commission email) will be provided after initial confirmation.
PAYMENT PLAN
This is not an open option for everyone, this is a privilege option for commissioners that I feel are trust worthy and able to follow through on our discussed and planned payments. Previous commissioners may be able to select this option.
PRICES
Complexity Digression - My prices are non-negotiable. I will no longer be offering deals or accepting less for than what I charge. The complexity of a character will determine the final pricing as details require far more time spent, than a simple character that may take three to four or even five hours less to complete.

You are commissioning me for my style and my approach to realism and given that I will do my best to produce something the commissioner is happy with, I will not change my style to suit, fit, or copy that of another artists. Thank you.
I allow edits! Given the time in-between the provided updates I will allow, follow through, and complete edits requested. Edits regarding the final product are far more tricky.
I will allow the following on a final product for an additional $2-$5:
Simple Color Edits
Simple Texture Edits
Simple Detail Edits
I will not change a pose, I will not change detailed hair-styles, jacket-type, or elaborate markings when during the prior updates no changes were suggested.

STREAMING
Streaming is a privilege and I do not and will likely not stream every commission. I'm not even interested in selling streams to purchasers but should a scheduled stream happen to play out in favor of the commissioner, I may stream as requested for a little compensation.
SKETCHES/LINE ART
I do not always do sketches or linear -why? Because I will approach a commission based on my mood and/or idea. Not everything is sketched out first, sometimes I just start with a basic painted background and paint over that until I achieve the ending results. I may do a sketch, and if I do I will of course oblige to any request asking to see it as one of the two progress shots stated above.
REFUNDS
I will no longer be spending or using the money from paid commission until I have started said commission, and once I have started all refunds are cut in half. Why? Because, regardless of whether or not the commission is canceled or changed, I will have spent x amount of time, effort, and concentration investing in the commissioned piece. By stating this here, all future commissions will apply.
CHANGING COMMISSIONS
If I have not started a commission, changing the commission is allowed and for as many times as you want, given that it follows through with the provided upfront payment. If you are changing your commission for something I charge less for, I may not have the money on-spot to compensate for said change, so it is highly recommended that the change stays within the paid price-range.
SELLING DESIGNS
When selling a Design I've made and sold, please contact me with knowledge of the change in ownership -I do not allow the profit/benefit of my design being sold, especially for more than what it was paid for.
